FrostySupply 30-Day Return Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

FrostySupply will cover return shipping costs for approved returns.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at frostysupplybrother@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, when eligible, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the customer's original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Processing times after issuance may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
